Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of you receiving the parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please make a proper parcel video showing shipping label clearly and for any product damage or wrong.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kidoostoys@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received our internal technical team will inspect and verify the details. We will also send an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 working days of claim approval.

Exchanges
